These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reach Factory website and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Reach Factory provides remote consulting and advisory services to small businesses. Services may include operational assessments, strategy development, and implementation support. We do not sell physical products. All services are provided remotely.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for business owners and authorized representatives. By engaging our services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization.

Pricing

Reach Factory uses transparent, variable pricing based on demand, scheduling availability, and scope. Pricing is always confirmed before any payment is collected.

Diagnostic Session (45 minutes)

The Diagnostic Session is offered on a fixed-fee basis. The price may vary within a published range based on:

  • Seasonal demand and availability
  • Lead time (standard vs. priority scheduling)
  • Complexity of the business situation
  • Promotional or introductory periods

Typical range: $300–$750

The exact price for your session will be shown at the time of booking before checkout. You will never be charged without seeing and approving the amount first.

Implementation Services

If you choose to proceed beyond the Diagnostic:

  • Work is proposed as fixed-scope, fixed-fee sprints
  • Pricing depends on the size of the change, systems involved, and timeline
  • Each proposal includes:
    • Defined deliverables
    • Timeline
    • Total price (not hourly)
    • What is included / excluded

No implementation work begins without your written approval of the price.

What Pricing Does Not Include

  • Open-ended consulting time
  • Guarantees of business outcomes
  • Ongoing support outside a defined engagement
  • Work beyond the agreed scope

Payment Transparency

  • Diagnostic fees are collected at the time of booking
  • Implementation fees are invoiced per the proposal terms
  • There are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless explicitly agreed

Refund, Cancellation & Fulfillment Policy

This policy explains how Reach Factory delivers services, how clients may cancel or reschedule, and when refunds may be issued.

1. Service Fulfillment

Reach Factory provides remote consulting and advisory services. Our core engagement is the 45-minute Diagnostic Session, which includes:

  • A scheduled 45-minute video or phone consultation
  • Review of materials provided by the client (if any)
  • Delivery of a 2-page Action Brief within 48 hours of the session
  • 2–3 recommended options with tradeoffs
  • A suggested 14-day action plan (if the client chooses to execute)

Fulfillment is considered complete when the Action Brief has been delivered to the email address provided by the client.

Optional implementation work, if requested, is delivered under a separate fixed-scope agreement with defined milestones.

2. Payment Timing

Fees for the Diagnostic Session are charged at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Implementation sprints or additional services are invoiced according to the terms outlined in the specific engagement proposal.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Diagnostic Session

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
  • Clients may reschedule once without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

Implementation Services

  • Cancellation terms for fixed-scope implementation work will be defined in the individual engagement agreement.
  • If work has already begun, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

Because our services are advisory and involve dedicated time and custom analysis, refunds are limited as follows:

  • Full refund if the session is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • No refund for missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
  • No refund once the Action Brief has been delivered, as fulfillment is complete.

If you believe an error occurred in billing or service delivery, please contact us at hello@reachfactory.ai within 7 days so we can review the situation.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely fulfillment, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Attend scheduled sessions on time
  • Share relevant context needed for the diagnostic
  • Review deliverables promptly

Delays caused by missing information or unavailability may extend delivery timelines.

6. Disputes

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date.

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide valuable insights and recommendations, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Business decisions and their implementation remain the responsibility of the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the engagement
  • Make timely decisions and provide feedback as needed
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding our methodologies
  • Pay fees according to agreed terms

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Specific confidentiality terms may be outlined in individual engagement agreements.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their proprietary information and materials. Reach Factory retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, templates, and general know-how. Specific deliverables and their ownership will be addressed in individual engagement agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reach Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reach Factory from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Termination terms, including any applicable fees for work completed, will be outlined in individual engagement agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
