Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for Reach Factory consulting services.

Diagnostic Session

The Diagnostic Session is a 45-minute consultation with a fixed fee determined and paid at the time of booking. After the session, you receive a 2-page Action Brief within 48 hours.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule once without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund Policy

  • Full refund if the session is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • No refund for missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
  • No refund once the Action Brief has been delivered, as fulfillment is complete.

Implementation Services

If you proceed beyond the Diagnostic to implementation work:

  • Cancellation terms are defined in the individual engagement agreement.
  • If work has already begun, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable.

If you believe an error occurred in billing or service delivery, please contact us at hello@reachfactory.ai within 7 days so we can review the situation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date.
